We will do all we can to put in place a cost effective way for you to obtain legal advice

Legal Help

We have the benefit of a franchise from the Legal Services Commission, which means that those on a low income and of low means can obtain assistance for no charge.

If you are in receipt of certain welfare benefits you will automatically be eligible.

One of our team will be happy to assess whether or not you can obtain such help.

No win no fee agreement

We will consider pursuing your claim on the basis of a no win no fee agreement.

In such circumstances we will not ask for any money up front from you but instead would take a percentage of your compensation. You will only pay us if you are successful in obtaining compensation.

Your insurance

Often you will have cover for employment law disputes without realising it. Always check your home insurance and other insurances to see if you have such cover.
