Profile

Fiona Luscombe is a Solicitor and specialises in Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning and the Administration of Estates as well as Powers of Attorney and issues concerning the Elderly.

She has been with the firm since she qualified as a Solicitor in 1982.

Fiona is also a Notary Public which means that she is qualified to witness and arrange legalisation of documents which are generally for use abroad. This is a very specialised aspect of her work.

Fiona was born locally and now lives in Torquay with her husband and two teenage children.

As a Solicitor Fiona is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ( STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

As a Notary, she is a member of the Notaries Society.

As Fiona now works only two days a week she has time to enjoy a variety of interests including travel, cookery, walking and trying to keep fit so that she may sail and ski. She also enjoys spending more time with the family.
