Emma Benyon-Tinker is a Solicitor undertaking all aspects of Family work.

Emma has been with the firm since 2009, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001 after attending Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham Law School. During her time at WBW Solicitors Emma has particularly specialised in divorce, financial settlements, children issues, domestic abuse, cohabitee disputes and collaborative cases.

Emma is a trained Resolution Mediator in Family, and is the Chairperson of the Devon Group of Collaborative Lawyers.
